START SERVICE
If you have moved to a location with an existing water service and need to apply for an account we require the following:
- Service Application located at the bottom of this page
- Valid form of Identification
- Warranty Deed (If you are owner)
- Rental/Lease Agreement (If you are renting)
- Deposit
- Owners $100.00
- Owners w. Sewer $150.00
- Renters $150.00
- Renters w. Sewer $200.00
There is a $15.00 service fee in addition to your deposit.
Any Start Service (Application for New Service) requests submitted after 3pm will be done the next business day.
You can fill out the application online and email it to our office along with the above listed documents. Please call our office to speak with someone with help on emailing the form to us and paying your deposit.
STOP SERVICE
If you are moving or have any other need to stop/disconnect your water service, please choose the correct form below.
You must provide a copy of your driver's license when requesting to disconnect service. The name on the account must match the name on the driver's license. You must also provide a forwarding address.
If you are not able to fill out the form requested and send back, please call our office for more information on how to have service disconnected.
